built for matthew bergin

3,600 in the room. only 2 buy.

58 five star reviews. one guy went from an $81 payout to over a million in funding. everyone who actually gets to you buys, and then says so in public.

so it's not the offer. it's everything sitting in front of it.

1. your description

your older videos pointed people at the mentorship.

the leon video opens with your mentorship link. the newest one opens with a linktw.in shortener and the mentorship link isn't in there. underneath sit five affiliate links for prop firms and software.

probably worth getting it back to two links.

  • the shortener could go, it reads like a redirect
  • the discord invite might not need to be at the top
  • affiliates could sit under your own offer
  • ideally they land on your page, not in a room with 3,600 people

2. your bio and highlights

the bio's next step is another account.

what's in this for me, is this guy legit, where do i go next. right now the first answer is a job title anyone could claim, and the next step points at a second account rather than your stuff.

the line you already have is better than any of that. your students take the same trades you do. nobody running a discretionary model can say it.

the other thing is where it points. right now it hands people to another profile, and a profile visit doesn't really build anything. the long form does. someone who sits with you for twenty minutes knows you in a way nobody scrolling a grid ever will, and that depth is what makes the rest of it easy.

highlights are similar. there's seven, and someone new won't know which to tap, so they tend to tap none. start here would catch whoever landed twenty seconds ago. my story is the one that makes them stay. after that it's all results, and it reads stronger as a wall of them than as four folders with numbers.

one mechanical model, and my students trade it with me

3. your application form

the form asks who they are at the end.

seven questions before it gets to a name or an email, so anyone who stops at six never shows up on your side.

moving it to question two would keep the lead even when they don't finish.

4. what packaging actually does

we took a 200 sub channel and did this.

three videos repackaged. 814, 737 and 314 views on a channel averaging around 125. two of them are still that channel's best a year later. nothing changed about the trading.

814views
737views
314views
  • a yellow bar, four words, arrows on both guys
  • the viewer's own question in a speech bubble
  • a blueprint with six boxes on it
  • all of it readable in half a second

your own numbers point the same way. week 1 of road to $2m had marker on a whiteboard and real certs with your name on them, did 1.2k. the last two weeks did 62, 181, 373 and 107.

5. six videos, written

five of these are already sitting on your vip page.

tzfred, jj, h1rvey, leon, bignez. you made one video about one of them, it did 1.1k, then went back to tutorials.

the shape, every time: lowercase, a real number, no question marks, short bracket at the end, number at the front. title on the left, what goes on the thumbnail on the right. the design's your guy's job, not ours.

1  amazon driver to funded trader in 4 months (h1rvey's numbers)

AMAZON DRIVER -> FUNDED|4 MONTHS

2  electrician to full time day trader in 77 days (jj's story)

77 DAYS|QUIT THE TOOLS

3  $20,000 from prop firms with one model (tzfred's numbers)

$20,000|ONE MODEL

4  i lost 27r in a month (every trade on screen)

-27R|I POSTED ALL OF IT

5  road to $5,000,000 in funding (week 1)

ROAD TO 5 MIL|WEEK 1

6  10 traders audited every trade i took (30 days)

10 TRADERS WATCHING|30 DAYS

  • something readable in the frame every time
  • payout cert, journal row, equity curve with your name on it
  • the running total ran seven weeks and stopped at $2,150,000
  • the marker on the whiteboard is probably why week 1 worked

6. your accounts and your page

three accounts, and the crowd's on the quiet one.

10k follow @bergtrades.ig. 1,479 follow @battmergin. the club account sits on top of both. splitting a personal account off from a results account tends to work once the mentorship is big enough to feed the wins account daily. before that it usually just splits the attention.

one option is putting everything on the one with the followers and pointing the other two at it.

the page itself is solid. only thing we noticed is the headline runs wider than a phone screen, so it clips at both edges for anyone coming in from instagram.

close

we've done this before.

we've fixed this for creators in trading and well outside it. usually the same story, the proof already exists and it's filed somewhere nobody looks.

Nick's real numbers inside the Pulsify portal

you'd get your own dashboard and portal built around where your funnel actually leaks, tracking a new viewer through to a paying client.

the vsl for that page is already written, in your voice, off your students and your own drawdown. it's done, not an offer to do it.
